Maternal Child Health Programs
Our Linn County Maternal Child Health Programs are designed as a continuum of services to support the health and well-being of pregnant people and families with young children. All programs are at no cost to families.
Maternal Child Health Programs include:
- Family Connects Oregon for free nurse home visits around 3 weeks postpartum
- Babies First! for families during pregnancy and with children birth to 5 years
- CaCoon Care Coordination for families with children who have special health care needs
- Oregon MothersCare for connecting pregnant people in their first trimester to the services they need for a healthy pregnancy
- Nurse Family Partnership for people pregnant with their first baby, visit can continue until your child turns 2
