Overview
Linn County provides mental health services 24-hours, seven-days-a-week which includes:
- Walk-In Clinic
- Crisis support
 - Risk evaluations
 - Eligibility screening for Linn County Mental Health services
 - Information about local resources and options
 
 - Crisis Interventions
- Telephone support
 - Face to face support
 - Consultations for community partners
 - Safety planning
 
 - Pre-commitment Investigation
- Hospital liaison
 - Two Party Petitions
 
 
On-Site Services
- On-Site walk-in services are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at 445 Third Ave SW, Albany, OR 97321. The same services are available by phone, call 541-967-3866 (press 0).
 - If you would like to speak with a crisis worker face to face, then you will want to arrive before 3:30 pm to allow you time to complete important paperwork.
 
Off-Site Services
- Risk assessments and crisis services at the (3) area hospitals, the Linn County Jail, and the Linn County Juvenile Detention Facility.
 - Community crisis service outreach
 
After-Hours Services
- Crisis support by phone with our 24/7/365 contracted crisis line support
 - Consultation support for community partners
 - Emergency risk evaluations (tele-health and in-person) at the (3) area hospitals
 - Hospital and emergency room diversion support
