How To Access Mental Health Services
On-Site Services are available in Albany, Lebanon and Sweet Home clinics. If you are interested in services with Linn County Mental Health, then you may inquire by phone, or in person at the Albany walk-in clinic. Please call 541-967-3866 (press 0), or come to the Albany walk-in clinic to discuss eligibility, resources and options.
No person will be turned away due to their inability to pay. The Linn County Board of Commissioners establishes department fees and Sliding fee rates are applied to those who qualify. Most insurance plans accepted including Medicaid, Medicare, Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) and some private insurances.

On-Site Services
Services include:
- By appointment only: Appointments for open clients. Individuals who have met qualifications for ongoing services and have been assigned a Treatment Team.
- Albany Walk-in Clinic: Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5:00 pm); closed on weekends and holidays.
Off-Site Services
Services include:
- Risk assessments and crisis services at the (3) area hospitals, the Linn County Jail, and the Linn County Juvenile Detention Facility.
- Community crisis service outreach.
After-Hours Services
Services include:
- Crisis support by phone with our 24/7/365 contracted crisis line support.
- Consultation support for community partners
- Emergency risk evaluations (tele-health and in-person) at the (3) area hospitals.
- Hospital and emergency room diversion support.
